How the program works
Step 1.
Receive an assessment
Have a professional identify opportunities for energy savings specific to your property. You’ll receive a long-term action plan for improvements and may immediately qualify for free door sweeps and LED bulbs.
Step 2.
Select your improvements
Choose the equipment, insulation and lighting upgrades that make sense for you. Review the recommendations and available discounts, and tailor your retrofit with improvements that fit your property’s needs.
Step 3.
Inform residents
As part of the program, we’ll help you communicate with your residents during the process to:
- Educate residents on how energy efficiency improvements increase comfort and save money
- Notify residents of upcoming work in the building
